IN-PERSON GET-TOGETHERS
1) OUTINGS:
-Three nannies recently decided to organize a permanent weekly nanny dinner, changing restaurant locations and days each week so everyone can attend a nearby nanny dinner at least occasionally. Restaurants will be low-priced and mid-priced. All nannies are welcome.
Come to the weekly Greater Boston Nanny Dinner hosted by Jennileen, Erin, and Susie! Get together and make new friends, talk about your working conditions, organize playdates, and unwind from your workday. No one understands your job like another nanny. Email greaterbostonnannydinner@gmail.com and request to be added to our the list and we will email you weekly with dinner dates and restaurant locations. We are growing by the day and can’t wait to meet you!
-Nannies on the BANSG email contact list (join by emailing janstclair at aol dot com) may organize nanny-only or nanny/child meet-ups at nearby public places such as playground, parks, museums, restaurants, etc. This gives nannies a chance to meet other nannies who live or work near them.

When we do meet, it is usually on a Saturday, noon-2pm, at the Cambridge (Central Square Branch) Library conference room. As you will see, in many cases we have dates set but events are not yet arranged. If you are know of a free speaker who will offer a workshop of interest, or if you have an idea for a topic we can seek a speaker for, please contact janstclair at aol dot com.
